The Sunday Brunch

No brunch until spring 2025 - winterbreak!

On Sundays, our Greenhouse hosts a vegan brunch buffet  several times a month until winter. This event provides an opportunity for you to enjoy a wide variety of vegan dishes, both sweet and savory. Food is served from  11.00 to 14.00.

Our menu includes vegan dishes ranging from breakfast classics, like pancakes and Bischer Muesly, to roasted seasonal vegetables, salads, fermented and pickled food, warm dishes, bread spreads.

To maintain our commitment to sustainability, we require reservations for our brunch. We aim to make plant-based and fresh food affordable and prevent food waste.
Our off-grid venue runs on solar power, and we collect rainwater to do the dishes. We ask our guests to help us conserve water by reusing their plates and drinks.

The Space

The brunch is hosted in the greenhouse and if weather allows, there is also lot of outside space. The greenhouse can get quite chilly in the morning, and quite warm on a sunny day. Please take this into consideration in your clothing.

We hope that you'll take the time to explore our venue and learn more about how we function off the grid and the challenges that come with it. You'll have the opportunity to learn about off-grid living while enjoying a delicious meal! And don't forget, since we rely on off-grid resources, we ask our guests to help us conserve water by reusing their plates and drinks.

Reservation              

Food is served from 11.00 to 14.00. On the reservation form, you can indicate your arrival time. We're revamping our brunch with some changes to the menu, reservations, and pricing. The cost is set at 25 euros, which includes coffee, tea, and local drinks.

If you reserve for 13:00, you'll receive a price reduction of 20%. This is part of our commitment to reducing food waste. While we enjoy offering a buffet, we understand that people may favour certain dishes. To offer a variety without creating waste, we'll stop producing more food from 13:00 and allow items to run out.

Please note that we are a no-cash venue.
