Each season we offer one fermentation workshop. All other food preservation workshops are offered on-demand—once enough people sign up, we’ll schedule the session. Below is a list of the workshops available.
Workshop Vegetable Fermentation for Beginners
How to ferment seasonal vegetables and herbs (Offered seasonally, 2 hours, €45)
Curious about fermentation but not sure where to start? Fermentation is, one of the simplest ways to preserve food. This hands-on workshop is ideal for anyone wanting to reduce food waste at home. You'll learn how to transform surplus vegetables like carrots, cabbage, and common herbs into delicious homemade condiments.
