Details "There are no gardening mistakes, only experiments" Janet Kilburn Phillips
When you start or life is busy, gardening can quickly feel overwhelming. You may notice changes or problems with your plants - leaf changing color, seedlings that are slow to grow, or insects showing up on your plants. As you learn more and gain experience in the garden, it can be helpful to get feedback and talk with others about their experience or facing the same challenges! From slugs in the garden beds to aphids in the herb pots to plan your following crops and which seeds to start to prepare for seed saving: there is a lot to exchange and help each other with.
Get your computer out, grab your preferred drink, meet some new people, and talk about gardening!
Both experienced, and newbie gardeners are welcome to join this! The size of your garden, whether it's an entire garden or just a few plants on your balcony, is not essential, just your mindset!
Since it's the end of January, we will put garden planning on the agenda- if you sign up and have a particular garden topic or problem you'd like to discuss, please comment below. We can all then try to prepare for that topic a bit.
None of us are professionally trained gardeners, but we can learn a lot by sharing and reflecting on our experience, observing nature, and the collective intelligence of people around us and the internet!
Rough schedule: 20:00 Meet online 20:05 Introduction round and sharing about your garden 20:20 Exchange about past season challenges and ideas for the coming season 21:15 Wrap up and discussion of planned garden tasks for the next month
