Private Events

Host your next event with us!

Looking to organize a private event? Whether it’s for a group of friends, family, a team outing or a school trip, we offer a range of activities. Our venue includes a greenhouse and garden, providing an off-grid setting where you can enjoy nature, participate in hands-on activities, and share a meal. You can choose from food-focused events, workshops, or tours. Many of our workshops are designed to provide practical skills and knowledge in gardening or fermentation that you can use afterwards.

Below, you can find a list of our offerings:

What you can do:

The Pizza Experience – Fun, Food, and Connection

Picture
Whether it’s a team outing, family gathering, or a get-together with friends, our Pizza Experience offers the perfect mix of collaboration, learning, and delicious food in a one-of-a-kind off-grid setting.

What to expect:
Your event begins with a warm welcome and a guided tour of our venue, showcasing our self-sufficient, off-grid operations. Learn how we harness nature’s resources to create a sustainable and inspiring environment.
The group then dives into a hands-on pizza-making experience! Teams will take on roles like:
  • Prepping ingredients: From chopping vegetables to making dips.
  • Tending the fire: Preparing wood and managing the grills for roasted vegetables.
  • Pizza creation: Rolling, topping, and baking pizzas together in our self-built pizza oven.
Cooking takes place both indoors in the gardenhouse and outdoors, with a mix of ingredients from our garden and other seasonal produce. Between activities, enjoy downtime with beach volleyball, table tennis, or simply relaxing and connecting.

Enrich your experience:
During the event, we offer two optional 30-minute presentations that add value and insight:
  • Bokashi Composting: A guide to turning food scraps into compost for sustainable living.
  • Herb Gardening: Practical tips for growing and using fresh herbs at home.
For who?
This experience is perfect for teams, families, and groups of friends looking for a fun, collaborative day out. Whether you’re here to bond, celebrate, or simply enjoy great food, it’s an unforgettable way to come together.

Seasonal Vegetable Buffet – fresh and flavorful for any occasion

Picture
At the heart of our menu is a commitment to vegetables and the changing seasons. We embrace the freshest, seasonal produce to make plant-based dishes that delight the senses.

What to expect at your event:
Your group is welcomed with a refreshing drink buffet and a guided tour of our off-grid venue, giving insight into how we operate sustainably. After the tour, you’re invited to enjoy your activities, such as team meetings or simply relaxing with colleagues, family, or friends.
We serve a Seasonal Vegetable Buffet featuring:
  • Flavorful soups and fresh salads.
  • A variety of dips and spreads.
  • Fermented and pickled vegetables.
  • Roasted seasonal vegetables and more.
Each dish celebrates the natural flavors of the season, with options designed to cater to various preferences and dietary needs.

Make it your own:
After lunch, there’s time to unwind with activities like volleyball, table tennis, or exploring the venue. For groups looking to add a learning or team-building component, the buffet pairs wonderfully with:
  • Short Presentations: Learn about sustainable living, Bokashi composting, or herb gardening.
  • Workshops: Dive deeper into topics like fermentation or container gardening for a hands-on experience.

  • Indoor-outdoor flexibility: Host your meeting in our cozy greenhouse or under the open sky in the garden, depending on the season and your preference.
  • Engage with nature: Take breaks to shift compost, weed the garden, or simply enjoy the outdoors. These activities encourage mindfulness, teamwork, and a deeper connection with the environment.
